Summit Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Physical Therapists. Our "family" works closely with our patients at our clinic, developing lasting relationships and unparalleled results.
Graham Webb, BSc, MSPT: Physical Therapist, owner
Graham became a PT after injuries sustained as a college athlete required Physical Therapy for recovery. After receiving his education from SUNY Stony Brook, he trained at NYU in the RUSK institute until deciding to enter private practice. His clinical interests lie in the use of manual therapy to correct "imbalance" as it relates to function. When not using his hands to treat patients, Graham can be found rock climbing, fly fishing, running, skiing, boating, and spending time with his growing family.
Pamela Tello PT, DPT: Physical Therapist
Pamela is a Graduate of the SUNY Stony Brook Physical Therapy Doctoral Program, with her Bachelors degree from Molloy. After experiences in Hospital, Nursing Home, School, and outpatient clinics, Pam has found her niche in outpatient Orthopedics. When not healing her patients, she can be found at the gym, walking her dog, or driving him around in the car.
Jeremy Abramson, MSPT, CMPT: Jeremy is a graduate of Boston University and is a seasoned PT with over 30 years of experience. He has worked all over the country in major cities including Miami, Chicago, Detroit, and for the past decade in NY. He completed his orthopedic specialty training/ manual therapy certification through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) in Chicago, with emphasis on manual/hands-on treatment methods. When not treating patients, he enjoys exercise including boxing and martial arts. His passion has always been to determine the root cause of a person's pain, and use the various techniques and methods he has learned throughout his career to help eliminate that pain and restore their functional lifestyle. His life-long goal is to pursue new hands-on treatment methods.
Nannette Jacobs: Billing / Office Coordinator
The complexities of insurance and billing could be handled no better than by our compassionate and detail oriented biller. While not doing battle with insurance companies, Nannette can be found at the links, searching for that "Hole-in-one".
Kimberlee Germosen: Reception
A friendly face at the front desk sets the stage for the day. When Kimberlee is not cheerfully welcoming our patients she can be found spending time with her family.
Rosa Cassar: Reception
In chart of the night shift, Rose keeps our evening patients in line.
Lisa LaBoccetta: Office Admin
From Reception to billing to coordinating the back office, Lisa gets the job done with a smile. When not at the office, she can be found managing her busy family.
Teresa Amoedo: Trainer / Aide
With her extensive background as a personal trainer, Teresa brings a cheerful and efficient flow to our office. When not at work, managing a busy family, or working out at the gym, she may have a rare moment relaxing in the "she shed".
Aartie Ram: Reception and Admin
From controlling the schedule with a friendly smile to keeping tabs on our supplies Aartie has us covered. When not at work she is busy managing her young family.
Joe Scartozzi: Trainer / Aide
Working towards his Physical Therapy Assistant Degree, our patients are in capable hands when Joe is around.
Jordan Pierre: Trainer / Aide
Working towards his Physical Therapy Assistant Degree. When not at work, Jordan can be found at the gym and on the basketball courts.
