Your First AppointmentYour First AppointmentCome prepared to tell YOUR story.Your first appointment is an initial evaluation where the therapist will examine your injury, administer the appropriate tests, measure strength, flexibility, and functional capabilities. With this information we will create a list of goals together, and begin treatment that day. You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow easy access to your site of injury. There will be some intake paperwork to complete, and please remember to bring your prescription, insurance card, and check, cash, or credit card for co-payment. *Our office adheres to all HIPPA regulations regarding the handling of your personal information.
