About Us

Our Staff

Summit Physical Therapy is owned and operated by Physical Therapists. Our "family" works closely with our patients, developing lasting relationships and unparalleled results.

Graham Webb, BSc, MSPT: Physical Therapist, owner
Graham became a PT after injuries sustained as a college athlete required Physical Therapy for recovery. After receiving his education from SUNY Stony Brook, he trained at NYU in the RUSK institute until deciding to enter private practice. His clinical interests lie in the use of manual therapy to correct "imbalance" as it relates to function. When not using his hands to treat patients, Graham can be found rock climbing, fly fishing, running, skiing, boating, and spending time with his growing family.

Pamela Tello PT, DPT: Physical Therapist
Pamela is a Graduate of the SUNY Stony Brook Physical Therapy Doctaral Program, with her Bachelors degree from Molloy. After experiences in Hospital, Nursing Home, School, and outpatient clinics, Pam has found her niche in outpatient Orthopedics. When not healing her patients, she can be found at the gym, walking her dog, or driving him around in the car.

Barbara Adomsky PT,DPT: Physical Therapist

Nannette Jacobs: Billing / Office Coordinator
The complexities of insurance and billing could be handled no better than by our compassionate and detail oriented biller. While not doing battle with insurance companies, Nannette can be found at the links, searching for that "Hole-in-one".

Denise Walsh: Trainer
Our official motivator brings smiles to the cloudiest of days. As long as the beach is nearby, Denise and her family are happy bouncing between sports and sand.

Hilma Dragan: Reception

The front desk would not be the same without the friendly smile of our official director of staff celebration. Eternally thoughtful and always going the extra mile for our patients and staff. When not at work, check all the local dog parks for her and her chocolate lab Mabel.

Lydia Espiallat: Trainer

Working towards her entrance to Physical Therapy Graduate School, Lydia is a sharpened task-master and will guaranteee you complete your program...with a smile. When not at work, she can be found with her family, and working on other business endeavours.

Andrew Campagnuolo: Trainer

Working towards his entrance to Physical Therapy Graduate School, Andrew is described by our patients as a Unicorn...an uncommon collection of essential talents. An excellent educator in the office, when not at work her can likely be found at the gym.

Teresa Amoedo: Trainer
